• Facilitate discussions and product presentations to demonstrate capabilities; address customer challenges, answer inquiries, and manage objections.
• Develop technical documentation to assist customers in implementing specific use cases or enhancing our solution.
• Partner with account teams to comprehend customer needs and translate them into Socket capabilities, highlighting business value.
• Assist with Proof of Concepts (POCs) that align with customer specifications; offer technical expertise, troubleshooting, and support throughout the evaluation phase.
• Provide direction on integrating solutions into the customer's current infrastructure.
• Synthesize and relay customer requirements and product feedback to Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams.
• Work alongside Customer Success to drive post-sales revenue, ensure customer retention, and contribute to overall growth.
• Implement cross-functional projects involving teams such as Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
• Previous technical experience in roles such as Software Development, Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, Product Support, etc.
• Practical experience in customer-facing positions.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and effectively manage competing priorities, delegating when necessary while remaining highly organized, detail-oriented, and showcasing excellent time management abilities.
• An empathetic approach towards customers and a dedication to thoroughly understanding the challenges they face.
• Capability to work collaboratively across functions and contribute directly to Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Eagerness and ability to learn new tools and technologies.
• Familiarity with web APIs, SDKs, and other technical frameworks is advantageous.
• Proficient in reading and writing basic scripts in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Golang.
• Knowledge of common version control systems like GitLab or Bitbucket.
