This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main technical resource for the field sales team, serving as a vital technical advisor and product champion throughout the sales journey.
• Lead and oversee the technology evaluation phase, ensuring that all customer needs are recognized and met.
• Engage in both on-site and remote client meetings to evaluate requirements and align technical solutions accordingly.
• Conduct impactful product demonstrations, whether on-site or remote, that highlight the platform's clinical and technical advantages to potential clients.
• Create, finalize, and revise Statements of Work, solution configurations, and technical proposals to satisfy customer expectations and timelines.
• Prepare and address RFIs/RFPs and vendor security questionnaires, ensuring adherence to compliance and accuracy standards.
• Work in collaboration with internal teams to communicate market and technical needs to Product and Solutions Management.
• Provide technical training and support to the sales team regarding the company’s product offerings.
• Establish and nurture strong client relationships throughout the sales process to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Meet designated technical sales targets across both the U.S. and Canadian markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare IT technical sales or sales support; experience in installations, migrations, systems integration, or operations is advantageous.
• Strong technical knowledge of IT services (managed security, cloud computing, virtualization, asset tracking, AI, hosted IP, networking, and telecommunications).
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships throughout all phases of the sales cycle.
• Exceptional presentation and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Analytical and problem-solving orientation with a talent for identifying creative, practical solutions.
• Collaborative, professional, and proactive demeanor with a keen attention to detail and a results-oriented work ethic.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HubSpot (or similar CRM tools).
• Willingness to travel within the U.S. and Canada up to 50% of the time.
