This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Conduct regular, organized, and comprehensive follow-ups with assigned clients.
• Recognize and leverage sales opportunities.
• Adhere to and implement internal guidelines, procedures, and directives.
• Oversee a high-stakes portfolio of clients.
• Assume full accountability for the revenue generation in your designated region.
• Perform frequent visits to assigned clients.
• Supervise projects originating from the sales offices.
• Scout, evaluate, and monitor new project opportunities.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a comparable position.
• Degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification (HVAC, energy, mechanical engineering, etc.).
• Exceptional persuasion abilities, with a focus on results and strong negotiation skills.
• Full professional proficiency in French and a solid command of German (mandatory).
• Proficiency in English is considered a plus.
