This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to drive the pre-sales process.
• Lead technical demonstrations and product walkthroughs tailored to customer use cases.
• Conduct proof of concepts (POCs) and guide prospects through technical evaluations.
• Assist prospects in understanding how Aikido integrates into their code → cloud → runtime environments.
• Debug and resolve technical inquiries during the sales process.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to developers, security teams, and engineering leaders.
• Work alongside product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and enhance the platform.
• 3–7+ years in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Pre-Sales role.
• Strong technical foundation (cloud, DevOps, security, or developer tools).
• Experience in conducting demonstrations, POCs, and technical assessments.
• Comfortable engaging with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and clear manner.
• Hands-on mindset, capable of troubleshooting and diving into technical workflows.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach based on ownership.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
