This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Promote high-density liquid cooling (HDLC) solutions and intelligent power distribution units (iPDUs) directly to customers in the European data center sector.
• Integrate rapid sales with a consultative strategy, utilizing technical knowledge to propose customized rack cooling and power distribution solutions that address customers' immediate requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the business development team on larger initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction from initial contact through to delivery.
• Identify and target enterprise data centers, small cloud providers, and other end users looking for high-density cooling enhancements or rack power distribution solutions.
• Visit client locations to foster relationships and conduct precise evaluations of cooling and power needs in white space areas.
• Oversee the complete sales process for opportunities—from lead qualification to proposal, negotiation, and final closing.
• Offer high-value insights by translating the technical specifications of HDLC and iPDU solutions into clear benefits for customers.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or a related discipline) is strongly preferred.
• More than 5 years of technical or field sales experience, ideally within the data center cooling or power infrastructure sectors.
• Comprehensive understanding of the European data center landscape and proficiency in cooling technologies (CRAC, liquid cooling) and power distribution.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and effectively manage customer accounts.
• Strong communication and presentation capabilities, willingness to travel regionally, and fluency in English (knowledge of additional European languages is advantageous).
