This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Management and expansion of new and existing customers (approximately 50/50)
• Active acquisition of new customers in the OEM sector (e.g. semiconductors, life sciences)
• Technical design and consulting (drives, axes, etc.)
• Quotation calculation and project development
• Documentation of sales activities in weekly reports
• You actively establish and strengthen connections with key customers, industry associations, and technology partners at trade shows to further enhance market positioning.
• A completed technical degree in mechatronics, automation technology, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of sales experience in the field of drive technology/automation technology.
• Experience in motion control, drive technology, automation, or servo drives.
• Strong communication and networking skills are among your core competencies – you strategically build relationships and sustain them over time.
• Fluent in German and English
• Willingness to travel
