This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Act as a champion and role model for Samsara’s cultural principles as we expand globally and open new offices.
• Foster enduring relationships with customers to become their trusted advisor and enhance our installed base.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to establish the optimal strategy and approach for each territory/account, ensuring customer success.
• Gain expertise in Samsara's value proposition.
• Clearly communicate to prospects how businesses similar to theirs leverage Samsara to address common industry challenges.
• Conduct discovery sessions, demonstrations, value assessments, and proof of concept implementations, among other activities.
• Guide installers through various scenarios, providing best practice insights for deploying Samsara products and assisting in the development of deployment plans.
• Develop sample proof-of-concept scripts utilizing our open API to tackle real-world challenges faced by companies delivering essential services, and document them for fellow SEs to utilize.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of experience in a pre-sales, customer success, or customer/product support role.
• A mindset geared towards continuous growth and development.
• Ability to influence stakeholders by leveraging your technical sales expertise and a strong grasp of business processes and change management.
• Capability to convey complex technical concepts to audiences without technical backgrounds.
• Prior experience in managing evaluations of hardware and/or software products.
• Fundamental knowledge of electronics and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with concepts such as technical consulting, cloud software, cloud-connected hardware, computer networking, business systems integration, as well as automation and control systems.
• Proficient in identifying customer value – focusing on delivering what is most significant to the customer and filtering out the noise.
