This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Lead a team of Sales Engineers with a focus on Data Security and Cyber Resilience.
• Cultivate an environment that emphasizes positivity, operational excellence, teamwork, and ongoing improvement.
• Continuously develop and mentor Sales Engineers to enhance their technical skills, customer engagement, and competitive awareness.
• Provide proactive support to your team in managing Accounts and Deals, exerting a meaningful and results-oriented influence in customer interactions.
• Assist the team in effectively implementing proof of concepts to showcase the business value of the Cohesity solution designed.
• Deliver hands-on technical and project management assistance to ensure project success and secure final Technical Decision Authority approval.
• Work closely with regional Sales, Channel, and Marketing Leaders to actively drive business growth.
• Convey Cohesity's vision by creating and delivering product demonstrations, workshops, white papers, and proposals.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record in a customer-facing pre-sales role, proposing enterprise solutions across all levels of a customer organization, including information Security / Cybersecurity teams.
• Demonstrated experience in managing Sales Engineering teams within an Enterprise Software and/or SaaS Vendor environment.
• Background in engaging with customers and technology partners.
• Experience in selling Data Security, Cyber Resilience, and Conversational AI Solutions.
• Ability to work comfortably with multiple decision-makers to drive proposals forward.
• Exceptional presentation skills, both technical and business, for diverse audience sizes within the customer hierarchy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
• Consistent history of building strong internal relationships and collaborating across the organization.
• Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to work remotely and independently.
• Proficient in using management tools such as KPIs, IDPs, and other business metrics to guide and control desired Pre-Sales Business Outcomes.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
