This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Drive and enhance revenue through consultative selling with both clients and prospects.
• Offer email and telephone-based presales technical assistance for software products.
• Conduct production demonstrations that convey the business and technical advantages of SOTI solutions.
• Collaborate consultatively with the regional sales team and relevant stakeholders.
• Educate and facilitate the implementation of SOTI solutions to achieve business and technical objectives.
• Present the solution architecture, encompassing all technical aspects of the product and its supporting systems.
• Provide pre-sales technical support, including the installation and configuration of enterprise software solutions during POCs for prospective customers.
• Liaise with internal product development teams to address product issues and offer recommendations for product roadmaps.
• Assist in the execution of internal team projects and initiatives.
• A minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in mobile device management solutions and enterprise mobility (Android, iOS, Linux, Windows), BYOD, and SaaS.
• Previous experience in a technical customer-facing role, preferably as a pre-sales or sales engineer.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Understanding of computer networking principles (DNS, IP networks, Firewalls, etc.).
• Familiarity with Single Sign-On (SSO), Identity Application Management (IAM), Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), and Identity providers (IdP).
• Knowledge of certificate authorities, certificate management and distribution, along with encryption methodologies (SHA1/2, TLS, etc.).
• Proficiency in Active Directory, LDAP protocol, and identity management systems.
• Understanding and experience with databases (MS SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Familiarity with business processes and the sales cycle.
• Knowledge of containerization and virtualization.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Nice to Have: Cisco Certified Network Associate or equivalent, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) - Exchange or equivalent experience, understanding of Cloud Computing or certifications like AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate, Android Enterprise Professional, any formal sales training such as value selling, SPIN, Miller Heiman, knowledge of REST APIs and coding (JavaScript, HTML, etc.), experience with customer service or incident management software, and multilingual capabilities.
