This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Enhance ARI's success in the industrial and chemical sectors.
• Grow and cultivate both new and existing customer relationships, particularly in the areas of steam boilers, heat transfer oil, hot water, and chemicals.
• Offer technical and commercial guidance to all stakeholders in the market, including investors, operators, plant builders, industrial planners, and distributors.
• Formulate and execute effective customer strategies by gaining early insights into projects, such as new investments, repairs, and plant expansions.
• Collaborate closely with our skilled internal sales team, field sales colleagues, and our product management/technical sales team.
• Manage projects, ensuring follow-ups and successful project completions.
• Keep track of competitors and market dynamics, including documenting findings in the CRM system.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related qualification.
• Several years of experience in technical sales and project management within plant engineering, pipeline construction, or process engineering, preferably with a background in the chemical industry.
• Proven ability to develop lasting business networks.
• Strong sales focus paired with a solid commercial understanding.
• Goal-oriented and closure-driven mindset with a passion for our products.
• High level of service orientation, self-motivated commitment, and enthusiasm.
