Presales Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze and design solutions tailored to clients’ technical needs

• Participate in pre-sales technical consulting, offering technical support and guidance throughout all phases of the presales process

• Assist with responses to RFPs

• Develop and present technical and product demonstrations, both internally and externally

• Actively seek out opportunities to enhance the presales processes and improve team documentation

• Aid the Professional Services team by providing clear technical specifications for the proposed solution

⛳️ Requirements

• Ideally 4+ years of experience in a client-facing position

• Areas of expertise: Microsoft Voice Technologies and Microsoft 365

• Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and associated web technologies, as well as integrating third-party APIs

• Experience in implementing and supporting technology solutions based on Microsoft Voice technologies
