This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Key Account Managers to enhance revenue growth.
• Identify customer challenges and convert them into customized demonstrations and presentations.
• Create and present engaging live demonstrations.
• Serve as a reliable technical advisor to engineering teams.
• Work alongside the Customer Success team to ensure effective customer adoption.
• Continuously gather insights from customers and communicate findings with internal teams.
• Several years of experience in a customer-facing technical position such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or Pre-Sales Engineer within B2B SaaS.
• Proficient in dealing with technically intricate products.
• Familiarity with CAD / CAE systems.
• Knowledge of mechanical components and manufacturing processes such as 3D printing, casting, molding, milling, or deep drawing.
• Strong communication skills and storytelling ability.
• Inquisitive and process-driven.
• Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 40%).
