This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Lead the technical discussions within the cybersecurity sector, including areas such as AV, EDR, Incident Response, Forensics, SIEM, MDR, AI Security, Vulnerability Management, Threat Intelligence, and more.
• Possess a strong comprehension of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Create and present technical presentations and product demonstrations customized to align with customer needs and their technical proficiency.
• Oversee and implement Proof of Values (POVs) to showcase the distinct value and functionalities of the CrowdStrike platform in relation to customer specifications.
• Clearly communicate the value proposition, competitive advantages, and technical strengths of the CrowdStrike platform to both technical and executive audiences.
• Quickly learn, absorb, and advocate for new CrowdStrike products and features as they are introduced to the market — transitioning from learning to teaching to selling in a short timeframe.
• Demonstrate a strong self-initiative with the capability to work independently.
• Collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering; the Sales Engineer should serve as the technical liaison between CrowdStrike and prospects/customers.
• Exhibit strong time management and organizational skills as essential requirements.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales engineering, IT, consulting, Digital Forensics and Incident Response, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Knowledge of malware analysis, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and risk prioritization frameworks (CISA KEV, CVSS, etc.).
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts in relation to threat detection, anomaly detection, or security automation — capable of discussing credibly with both skeptics and enthusiasts.
• Ability to write and modify basic scripts, with preferred languages including PowerShell, Python, and Bash.
• Experience with virtualization/VDI technologies.
• Familiarity with large-scale cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.
• Solid understanding of both legacy and modern identity and SSO providers, such as Active Directory, Entra ID, PAM Solutions, etc.
• Customer-facing experience with comfort in leading presentations.
• Certifications such as CEH, CISSP, OSCP, and SANS, or participation in security events such as capture the flag, are advantageous.
• Proven experience in leveraging AI technologies to enhance decision-making, optimize workflows and processes, boost efficiency, and drive business results.
