This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Offer comprehensive technical product and solution support to customers and partner representatives during pre-sales conversations.
• Enhance sales efficiency by achieving the “technical close” in intricate solutions while serving as the primary pre-sales technical contact for clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate closely with designated sales representatives and territories as they transform leads into viable sales opportunities.
• Work in tandem with assigned sales personnel, Professional Services, and Marketing to guarantee that proposed agreements encompass technical solutions that effectively meet customer needs.
• Engage in both virtual and face-to-face meetings with partners and end users to showcase product demonstrations, elaborate on technical concepts, and highlight product features and benefits.
• Collaborate with channel partners and the Sales team to help identify the customer's business challenges, recommend suitable solutions, and formulate project strategies to ensure successful solution deployment.
• Advocate for BarTender products and vision (50% BarTender Labeling Solutions/50% BarTender Track & Trace/Retail solutions).
• Collect relevant information regarding prospective customer business and technical challenges to enable the professional service team to develop statements of work.
• Accurately input and update records in our CRM database for all client interactions, including technical notes and information to facilitate the sales process.
• Be present at the regional/corporate office during events or other necessary activities.
• Travel up to 70% within the LATAM region, including Central and South America, Mexico, and the Caribbean.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role demonstrating technical solutions.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the SaaS or software industry in a pre-sales technical role.
• Proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
• Knowledge of direct sales, value-added sales, and/or distribution channels.
• Experience with GS1 and/or RAIN RFID technologies.
• Proven understanding of Windows and Windows printing architecture.
• Familiarity with Cloud infrastructure and SaaS applications.
• Strong organizational skills and remarkable attention to detail.
