This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Accountable for the sales and advancement of Victaulic HVAC products and systems in Northern Italy.
• Advocate for the Victaulic System for binding applications and HVAC solutions.
• Ensure comprehensive understanding of Victaulic solutions through seminars, training, technical literature, and support.
• Seek acceptance and specification of the Victaulic System by Owners and Engineering Consulting firms.
• Exhibit correct installation of the Victaulic System in the field.
• Visit job sites and monitor the installation process conducted by contractors.
• Provide training to contractor personnel on the use and installation of Victaulic systems as needed.
• Collaborate with other sales colleagues within the territory.
• Communicate with the local Victaulic distributor to ensure a smooth flow of information.
• Report weekly to the Sales Director regarding activities and marketing insights, while achieving sales targets.
• University or College degree, preferably in mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Sales and Technical expertise gained through experience (minimum of 3-5 years).
• Familiarity with the mechanical application industry or the ability to swiftly acquire necessary knowledge and skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and ambition, with a customer-centric approach.
• Excellent team-oriented behavior and communication abilities.
• Results-driven with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel throughout the entire Italian territory.
• Proficient communication in English is required.
