Sales Engineer – German Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Offers comprehensive support to the Sales teams, maintaining a keen focus on detail.

• Conducts research, analyzes data, and documents insights effectively.

• Investigates and presents reports that illustrate the cost benefits of purchasing the company's products or services to potential customers.

• Delivers technical training to clients while relaying customer feedback for future product enhancements.

• Represents both the technical and functional dimensions of our product/service suite, demonstrating their advantages to prospective clients.

• Provides exceptional technical expertise and employs independent creative judgment when creating technical demonstrations and presentations.

• Implements proof of concepts with potential clients at both technical and business levels to showcase value.

• Utilizes discretion and judgment to determine product specifications that meet customer needs, evaluates customer requirements, and suggests solutions that maximize value.

• Functions independently or collaborates with a sales team to present technology to both business and technical users in a consultative manner, including product capability assessments.

• Prepares, researches, and contributes to technical RFPs/RFQs.

• Serves as a vital point of contact for cross-functional teams, delivering product knowledge and technical expertise through training, coaching, and support.

• Actively seeks to enhance professional and technical knowledge through continuous training and education.

• May mentor and review the work of other team members.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent business experience.

• Over 3 years of pertinent experience.

• Familiarity with a business process or management application.

• Experience with a CPQ tool.

• Proficiency with a CRM, such as Salesforce.

• Preferred: Consulting experience.

• Preferred: Experience in relevant channels such as MDP, VAR, OE, TSP, Internal IT, and/or MSP+.
