This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to spearhead consultative, value-focused sales processes.
• Conduct discovery sessions and workflow analysis to identify operational challenges.
• Address technical inquiries and objections assertively.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, steering prospects towards scalable solutions.
• Work alongside Product, Marketing, and Customer teams to enhance positioning.
• Facilitate enablement through demonstrations, messaging, and training sessions.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and the competitive landscape.
• A minimum of 3 years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or a comparable SaaS role.
• Excellent discovery and consultative selling abilities.
• Capability to convert technical concepts into business value.
• Proficient with APIs and utilizing AI tools for improved efficiency and documentation.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting.
• Background in property management or hospitality technology is advantageous.
• Familiarity with applications like Salesforce, Slack, and demo environments.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French OR English and Spanish.
