This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• The Sales Engineer maintains technical and commercial relationships with existing clients in the Netherlands and is responsible for further developing the Dutch market through active prospecting.
• The Sales Engineer operates from their home office and is willing to travel frequently within their sales territory, which is the Netherlands.
• On a regular basis (once every two weeks for one day), they are expected to be present at the Benelux office in Kortrijk.
• You will independently manage your daily schedule.
• You have a technical education or equivalent experience.
• Both individuals with initial work experience and more seasoned candidates are welcome to apply.
• You are a native Dutch speaker and can fluently converse in English.
• We are looking for a commercial profile with a hunting mentality to seek markets for consumables and capital goods.
• You enjoy customer-oriented and results-driven work.
• You like to take a leading role in managing multiple projects and have the ability to understand and analyze complex systems.
• You quickly grasp the needs of the customer.
• You seek applications in industrial machinery and production where Stäubli products can provide significant added value, thus creating a revenue model for our clients.
• You thoughtfully implement customer-specific solutions in the market.
• You possess the empathy to listen effectively, facilitating collaboration with both clients and internal colleagues.
• You demonstrate determination and problem-solving skills, along with sufficient resilience and adaptability.
• You maintain a positive attitude to achieve the agreed-upon goals effectively.
