Sales Engineer – EU

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee 10–15 active customer integrations, leading OEM partners through defined technical milestones.

• Assist customer platforms with technical assessment, integration, and field validation.

• Identify and resolve issues related to RF propagation, antenna systems, link budgets, and network performance.

• Support UAV, UGV, and maritime robotics deployments through field testing and quick troubleshooting.

• Document integration insights and share findings with engineering and product teams to enhance future deployments.

• Keep precise records of customer interactions and opportunity advancement within CRM systems like HubSpot.

• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to facilitate demonstrations, evaluations, and technical workshops.

• Foster strong customer relationships through direct involvement during field testing and validation activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical position such as Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Field Applications Engineering, or Systems Integration.

• Solid hands-on knowledge of RF propagation, antennas, and wireless networking technologies.

• Experience in integrating radios into UAV or autonomous system platforms, including command-and-control and high-throughput data links.

• Understanding of TCP/IP networking and system-level connectivity troubleshooting.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities when collaborating with customer engineering teams.

• Comfortable working in field environments and dynamic deployment situations.
