• Collaborate with the sales team to assess opportunities, establish solution strategies, and align technical capabilities with customer business objectives.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and security evaluations to identify operational and architectural needs in intricate enterprise settings.
• Create and showcase secure architectures that integrate networking, cloud, and SecOps elements.
• Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to both technical stakeholders and high-level decision-makers (CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, and business leaders).
• Act as the main technical authority during sales processes, guiding enterprise clients through evaluation and decision-making stages.
• Provide insights on cybersecurity strategies such as Zero Trust, SASE, cloud security, and SecOps enhancement.
• Establish and nurture long-lasting trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior leadership, positioning yourself as a strategic consultant.
• Facilitate seamless deployment transitions by collaborating closely with professional services, support, and customer success teams.
• Offer roadmap direction, operational assessments, and strategic check-ins to enhance customer value realization.
• 5–8 years of experience in pre-sales or systems engineering roles within enterprise-scale cybersecurity, networking, or cloud environments.
• In-depth understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, routing, switching, VPNs, TCP/IP) and essential security protocols (IPSec, TLS/SSL, PKI, SAML, OAuth, RADIUS, etc.).
• Capability to articulate and design solutions across:
• - SecOps enhancement (SIEM, SOAR, XDR)
• - Zero Trust and SASE frameworks
• - Cloud and hybrid security (IaaS, SaaS, containerized workloads)
• - Identity and access management (MFA, SSO, PAM)
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and storytelling abilities—able to engage both highly technical audiences and executive decision-makers.
• Demonstrated success in leading architectural discussions and aligning technical solutions with business objectives at the enterprise level.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or vendor-specific qualifications (e.g., NSE, CCNP Security, AWS Security Specialty).
