This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Act as the technical sales lead during the Enterprise pre-sales cycle, taking ownership of Proof of Value (POV) results and ensuring their success.

• Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to manage customer relationships and provide engaging technical product demonstrations.

• Offer technical pre-sales assistance to Enterprise Account Executives.

• Work in partnership with Enterprise Account Executives to establish and implement sales goals and account-based penetration strategies.

• Perform technical research and analyze the competitive landscape to effectively respond to customer inquiries and objections.

• Act as a technical resource for Enterprise pre-sales security and platform diligence.

• Train sales executives and partners on Abnormal AI’s products, platform, and security measures.

• Relentlessly pursue customer satisfaction and successful outcomes for Enterprises.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or relevant industry experience.

• Excellent technical presentation and communication abilities, both verbal and written.

• Capability to recognize and present the “big picture,” identify complex business challenges, and design solutions to meet customer needs.

• Proficient in working independently within a fast-paced, high-impact Enterprise sales environment.

• Positive mindset, strong customer orientation, and a high level of accountability for customer results.

• Preferred qualifications: BSCS, BSEE, or equivalent work experience, CISSP, CEH, and/or other relevant security certifications; strong technical background in messaging and internet security principles; solid understanding of internet protocols (HTTP, SMTP, DNS, etc.); knowledge of networking topology, TCP/IP protocols, and network components (firewalls, routers, etc.).
