This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will oversee the sales of energy storage solutions (including converters, batteries, containerized systems, etc.) within the C&I (Commercial & Industrial), EV charging infrastructure (EVCI), and off-grid sectors.
• You will conduct a technical analysis of customer needs and formulate appropriate solutions.
• You will establish and expand a sustainable customer portfolio in Germany and Austria.
• You will ensure the attainment of your sales goals through diligent follow-up.
• You will be accountable for revenue and margin within your territory, which includes regular reporting.
• You will actively seek out new customers and identify as well as nurture key accounts.
• You will carry out regular customer visits, approximately 200 per year.
• You will provide technical consulting to engineering firms and decision-makers (prescription).
• You will create and cultivate a qualified sales/proposal pipeline.
• You will engage in national and international tender processes.
• You will monitor market trends and deliver structured feedback to marketing and management.
• You will participate in trade fairs, events, and sales activities across Germany and Austria.
• 3–5 years of experience in the sales of technical solutions within the renewable energy sector (e.g., manufacturing, EPC, distribution).
• A degree in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification is preferred.
• Familiarity with AC/DC installations and battery technologies is advantageous.
• A strong understanding of the local market and competitive landscape is essential.
• A high level of autonomy, a structured working approach, and a strong orientation towards results are required.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor in customer interactions are necessary.
