This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Build and maintain a portfolio of distributor clients by executing commercial action plans within the designated territory.
• Serve as the main point of contact for distributors, oversee commercial relationships, and identify growth opportunities.
• Create and negotiate commercial proposals, assist with product launches, and expand strategic accounts.
• Advocate for the brand throughout the distribution network by participating in trade shows, commercial events, and product demonstrations.
• Provide training and support to distributors' sales teams on solutions and products.
• Oversee commercial activities using the CRM, track performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and resolve any disputes.
• Master's degree (Bac +5) in Business, complemented by a robust background in electrotechnics.
• Demonstrated experience in a similar capacity within a distribution or industrial setting.
• Proficient in English.
• Familiarity with IT and digital tools, including CRM, sales tracking systems, and proposal development software.
