This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Collaborate with Sales to facilitate technical discovery discussions and evaluations.
• Conduct demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (POCs), creating technical walkthroughs and lightweight prototypes.
• Grasp customer workflows and showcase how Firecrawl converts disorganized web data into structured, LLM-ready outputs.
• Troubleshoot integrations and respond to intricate API inquiries in real time.
• Gather and synthesize insights from the field to guide product roadmap prioritization.
• Enhance API documentation and develop sample projects to promote quicker adoption.
• Contribute to technical enablement materials (demos, blog posts, internal resources).
• Serve as the technical advocate for customers across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Assist in onboarding and technical training initiatives.
• Over 3 years of experience in a technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or engineering role.
• Proficient in coding (Python, JavaScript, or similar) and comfortable working directly with APIs.
• Capable of troubleshooting integrations and independently creating prototypes.
• Experience in supporting developer-centric or API-driven products.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex architectures.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments.
• Comfortable collaborating across Sales, Product, and Engineering functions.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
