Sales Engineer, Data Networking Knowledge

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Providing technical support for pre-sales and post-sales processes

• Understanding customer requirements and developing solutions

• Offering insights into customers' business objectives

• Assisting with regular customer briefings

• Collecting customer feedback and providing input to the product management team

• Creating product video content

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Information Technology, Computer Science, etc.)

• Deep understanding of data networking and cybersecurity

• Proven experience in pre-sales engineering or a similar technical role

• Knowledge of L2/L3 technologies, VLAN, and TCP/IP

• Ability to understand customers' business goals and technical requirements

• Proficiency in foreign languages as needed
