Sales Engineer / Customer Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• You establish, nurture, and expand relationships with new product signups, current trial users, and existing clients.

• You exhibit technical proficiency during product demonstrations and customer onboarding sessions.

• You possess a comprehensive understanding of our customers’ challenges, needs, and aspirations, crafting tailored solutions for them.

• You provide support to our diverse, global clientele, ranging from small startups to prominent enterprises.

• You cultivate an in-depth knowledge of our software and contribute innovative ideas and suggestions for enhancements.

• You manage feature requests, customer-reported bugs, and requirements within our team.

• You possess IT experience paired with a technical background.

• You have a robust technical understanding of current web technologies, frameworks, and programming languages.

• You are proficient in both written and spoken English.

• You can articulate complex subjects in a straightforward manner.

• You have excellent troubleshooting abilities.

• You are enthusiastic about learning, acquiring new skills, and experimenting with new tools.
