This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take charge of and cultivate the sales territory within the 3* postal code area.
• Strengthen existing customer partnerships while actively pursuing new clientele.
• Discover new applications, projects, and business prospects.
• Offer technical consultancy on automation solutions.
• Gather clients’ technical specifications and collaborate with Application Engineering to devise appropriate solutions.
• Oversee opportunities from the initial interaction to a successful closure.
• Independently manage the territory, accounts, and sales pipeline.
• Track sales activities and opportunities using Salesforce.
• Collaborate closely with Application Engineering, Inside Sales, and other specialized internal departments.
• Conduct regular client visits and engage in trade fairs and events.
• Several years of professional experience in technical B2B sales.
• Ideally, a minimum of three years in field sales or a similar customer-facing technical position.
• Strong passion for acquiring new customers and driving business development.
• Technical knowledge in automation, mechanical engineering, and industrial applications.
• Familiarity with robotics, pneumatics, vacuum, gripping, or material-handling technology is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Independent, organized, and results-driven work style.
• Experience in systematically developing and managing a sales pipeline.
• Confident communication skills with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Proficient in German and possess good English language skills.
• Valid category B driving license.
• High willingness to travel within the designated territory.
• A home-office-based field sales role.
