This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Offer technical guidance and insights to enterprise clients on enhancing their digital experiences.
• Assume complete responsibility for the technical sales process and all related activities.
• Recognize and assess technical opportunities while fostering and sustaining trusted advisor relationships with essential customer stakeholders.
• Present impactful sales pitches, technical demonstrations, and whiteboard sessions to guarantee successful solution implementations.
• Fundamental knowledge of AI/ML technologies along with experience in utilizing, securing, or promoting AI-driven solutions to enhance outcomes within your area of expertise.
• Bachelor's degree or a comparable mix of education and professional experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in presales positions, including at least 3 years specifically dedicated to selling security solutions and technologies.
• Practical experience in the installation and administration of router and switch systems.
• Comprehensive technical understanding of network security principles and applications.
