This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.
• Act as the main technical expert for the sales team, providing specialized advice and support throughout the sales journey.
• Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to comprehend requirements and devise customized technical solutions that fulfill customer expectations and align with our capabilities.
• Engage in client meetings and presentations, offering technical insights and addressing questions to foster trust and secure business opportunities.
• Design and deliver training programs to improve the sales team’s grasp of technical concepts and manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with the Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Support teams to ensure the smooth integration of solutions and enhance overall service offerings.
• Generate and maintain detailed documentation for technical solutions, processes, and client specifications.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements to consistently enhance technical offerings and propose innovative solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Over 4 years of experience in metalworking or mechanical engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of various metalworking techniques: CNC machining, sheet metal working, and 3D printing.
• Proficiency in French and English; knowledge of Italian is highly advantageous.
• Passion for IT and eagerness to master and utilize modern technologies and software.
• Enthusiasm and willingness to work in a rapidly growing business environment.
• Full-time remote work opportunity.
