This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Interact with potential clients to grasp their business needs and technical specifications, offering expert insights on Wildix UCaaS solutions.

• Perform thorough evaluations of client infrastructure to suggest suitable solutions.

• Work alongside the sales team to create tailored UCaaS solutions, encompassing network design, integration strategies, and deployment plans.

• Develop detailed solution architectures and produce comprehensive proposals, diagrams, and presentations for clients.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Wildix UCaaS products, features, and capabilities, while keeping abreast of industry trends and offering guidance to internal teams and clients.

• Deliver engaging product demonstrations customized to specific client needs, addressing technical queries and ensuring client comprehension.

• Assist the sales team throughout the sales process, from lead qualification to deal closure, tackling technical objections and negotiating the technical elements of contracts.

• Provide insights to the product development team based on client needs and market trends.

• Aid in the creation of sales enablement materials, technical documentation, and training resources.

• Implement a Wildix solution such as PBX and assist new partners during their initial implementations if necessary. This role will involve travel.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting role within the UCaaS, CCaaS, or telecommunications sectors.

• Strong grasp of Unified Communications technologies, including VoIP, video conferencing, messaging, and collaboration tools.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with a talent for conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Capability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

• Experience in deploying UCaaS solutions such as PBXs.

• Familiarity with AI-Driven Business Intelligence.

• Bonus Points: Expertise in Automation & Integration.

• Experience in developing scalable technical assets.
