• Interact with prospective clients to comprehend their business needs and technical specifications while offering expert guidance on Wildix UCaaS solutions.
• Perform thorough evaluations of client infrastructure to suggest suitable solutions.
• Work alongside the sales team to tailor UCaaS solutions, encompassing network design, integration strategies, and deployment plans.
• Create detailed solution architectures and prepare comprehensive proposals, diagrams, and presentations for clients.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of Wildix UCaaS products, features, and capabilities, keeping abreast of industry trends to advise both internal teams and clients effectively.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations customized to specific client needs, addressing technical questions and ensuring client comprehension.
• Assist the sales team throughout the sales process, from lead qualification to contract finalization, addressing technical objections and negotiating technical contract elements.
• Provide insights to the product development team based on client needs and market trends.
• Aid in the creation of sales enablement materials, technical documentation, and training resources.
• Set up Wildix solutions such as PBX and assist new partners with their initial implementations if necessary. This role may require travel.
• Demonstrated experience in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting role within the UCaaS, CCaaS, or telecommunications sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Unified Communications technologies, including VoIP, video conferencing, messaging, and collaboration tools.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the talent to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Capacity to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Experience in deploying UCaaS solutions like PBXs.
• Familiarity with AI-Driven Business Intelligence.
