Sales Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings and remain informed on industry trends and competitor products to effectively convey our distinct value proposition.

• Implement the sales process by collaborating with the sales team to identify and qualify leads, offering technical expertise throughout the sales cycle. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, customizing content to suit their requirements.

• Evaluate client needs and suggest customized solutions that address their facility management requirements. Collaborate with the Product team to relay client feedback and requests for future product enhancements.

• Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive revenue growth and improve product offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration).

• 2-4 years of experience in a Sales Engineer or similar technical sales position, preferably within the SAAS industry.

• Strong technical aptitude along with the ability to swiftly learn and adapt to new technologies.

• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience in facility management, building automation, or related sectors is advantageous.

• Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Hubspot) and technical demonstration tools.
