This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Accountable for marketing and selling the company’s range of products
• Provide weekly reports to the supervisor detailing market analysis and regional developments
• Meet and exceed sales budgets and targets
• Create interest and generate demand among building owners, engineering consultancies, and contractors to advocate the VICTAULIC system as a preferred application product in the region
• Effectively communicate the proper installation and application of VICTAULIC products and tools through on-site demonstrations and training
• Enhance the acceptance and trust in VICTAULIC among building owners and engineering firms
• Ensure the dissemination of knowledge regarding the correct usage and application of VICTAULIC products and systems through various means, including seminars, training sessions, technical literature distribution, and technical support
• Maintain ongoing communication with the local VICTAULIC distributor to ensure a steady flow of information
• Perform site visits to support and oversee the contractor’s installation of the VICTAULIC system
• Provide assistance to designers and engineers as needed regarding the use and proper installation of the VICTAULIC system
• Collaborate with the company’s VICTAULIC Engineering department to address product complaints
• Work in conjunction with sales colleagues in the region for project follow-ups ensuring successful outcomes
• Completed technical training; an engineering degree is preferred
• Proven experience and expertise in piping and pipework construction
• Willingness to travel as required
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Resident within the sales territory
• Fluent in German (business/negotiation level) with good English language skills
