This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Collaborate with the sales team to assist throughout the entire sales process, emphasizing technical discovery, demonstrations, and solution design.
• Take ownership of the technical components of RFPs/RFIs and security questionnaires, ensuring that all responses are accurate and engaging.
• Conduct in-depth technical discussions and integration scoping sessions with potential clients.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for technical stakeholders, simplifying complex requirements into clear and actionable solutions.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure that insights from prospects shape our development roadmap.
• Create and present customized technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Assist the sales team in navigating compliance, security, and operational reviews.
• 4–5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical pre-sales, preferably in the crypto, large fintech, or payments sectors.
• Strong grasp of institutional crypto infrastructure including custody, wallets, trading, and payments, as well as blockchain fundamentals.
• Capability to engage with both executive and technical teams, translating business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Demonstrated success in supporting intricate enterprise sales cycles and contributing to the closure of significant deals.
• Experience in responding to RFPs and leading technical assessment processes.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
