This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Identify, cultivate, and secure new business opportunities with both new and existing clients.
• Achieve or surpass annual sales objectives within designated territories and accounts.
• Frequently travel to conduct customer consultations to assess needs, propose solutions, and gather detailed information for estimates and proposals.
• Stay actively engaged in turnkey projects, demonstrations, and other related customer initiatives to meet deadlines.
• Participate in product training and sales skills workshops, as well as engage in local industry associations and trade shows.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the water and wastewater industry and the product lines offered by the company.
• Leverage CRM tools for all prospecting and customer-related activities.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to inform customers about the functionality of products and services.
• Collaborate with customers and engineers to ensure that equipment aligns with system specifications.
• Coordinate with the sales team to comprehend consumer needs and provide necessary sales support.
• Secure orders, uphold product standards, and ensure timely product delivery.
• Build customer relationships and foster acceptance.
• Plan modifications to products to cater to consumer demands.
• Assist clients in resolving issues related to product usage.
• Suggest new and enhanced products to customers and clarify how the equipment can be more cost-efficient.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in sales of manufactured equipment within the water and wastewater sectors.
• Experience should include collaboration with consulting engineers and end-users.
• Must be comfortable with travel within Oklahoma, with occasional out-of-state travel for training and sales meetings with manufacturers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent professional communication and presentation skills.
• Capacity to excel in a results-driven environment.
• Mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Previous experience using CRM software is required.
• Valid driver’s license is essential.
