This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Identify new business opportunities and craft customized proposals within the territory of Pakistan.
• Independently cultivate both new and existing accounts to broaden business prospects.
• Present, promote, and sell products and services using compelling, well-supported arguments to current and potential customers.
• Perform needs analysis and provide value-driven solutions.
• Strive to meet and exceed sales targets established by the company.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs while ensuring accurate CRM and reporting records are maintained.
• Develop and sustain strong client relationships through regular outreach, including visits to project sites and head offices.
• Retain a thorough understanding of all key customers' decision-makers and influencers.
• Accelerate the resolution of customer issues and complaints to enhance satisfaction.
• Oversee all credit-related interactions with customers to guarantee full and timely payments.
• Coordinate sales initiatives with team members and other departments.
• Collaborate with management to create plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Provide management with insights on customer needs, issues, interests, competitive activities, and potential opportunities for new products and services.
• Update and maintain CRM records, customer information, and inquiry statuses.
• Keep an in-depth knowledge of Doka products, market trends, and competitor offerings.
• Continuously enhance performance and processes through constructive feedback.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field with extensive knowledge of the construction and formwork industry.
• At least 3 years of sales experience in construction or a related sector.
• Highly driven and target-oriented personality with a proven sales track record.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, selling, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, solution-focused, and organized, with the ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
• Proficient in relationship management skills and receptive to feedback.
• Understanding of essential contractual terms.
• Enthusiastic about finding solutions for clients through a value-added approach.
• Confident, self-driven individual with a proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset, culturally aware and respectful in diverse environments.
• Capable of working independently and managing time effectively.
• Proficient in CRM and modern communication tools.
