This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Cultivate both new and existing client relationships to drive business growth through direct customer engagement.
• Clearly communicate and collaborate with engineering teams, as needed, to ensure the precision of proposals.
• Take a proactive approach from tendering to project acquisition and manage the entire project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering for contracted projects and secure approved drawings.
• Responsible for all credit-related interactions with clients, including securing contractor approval for invoices, processing credit requests, ensuring timely payments, and preparing and distributing monthly account status reports.
• A degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Structural, or Construction).
• Experience in sales within the construction and building materials sector.
• Knowledge and experience in the local Greek construction industry.
• Strong analytical skills and a solid numerical aptitude.
• Effective listening and probing abilities to understand client needs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
• A positive mindset with the capacity to recover quickly from setbacks (resilience).
• An engaging and self-assured personality.
• Outstanding communication skills in both English and fluent/native Greek.
• Willingness to travel and maintain mobility.
