This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +2 more states.
• Drive the adoption and operational implementation of all Ultra I&C products within Joint, Coalition, and Federal mission settings.
• This position will concentrate specifically on the Marine Corps, MARFORSYSCOM, and the MAGTF C2 program office.
• This is not a conventional pre-sales engineering role.
• It is a mission-oriented integration role that demands hands-on deployment expertise, operational credibility, and the ability to convert technical capabilities into mission outcomes.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Sales, Program Management, and Solutions Architecture to identify and secure new opportunities.
• Create technical integration strategies, white papers, and CONOPS.
• Provide technical briefings to operational and executive stakeholders.
• Participate in trade shows, industry events, and mission exercises.
• Investigate the C2 market for competition, trends, partner opportunities, and innovative solutions.
• Lead the field integration of Ultra products into MAOCs/AOCs/MOCs, ISR cells, Tactical edge environments, as well as Sensor and CUAS ecosystems.
• Address interoperability and performance challenges in live settings.
• Act as the primary (or secondary) technical point of contact during exercises, demonstrations, or technical discussions.
• Translate system performance and integration constraints into operational language.
• Minimum of 8 years experience supporting DoW mission systems, C2, ISR, or tactical networking.
• Proven experience in integrating tactical data links, ISR systems, or gateway architectures, whether as an operator, analyst, JICO, or technician.
• Familiarity with DoW tactical and operational levels of warfare—have you participated in real-world or exercise scenarios where DoW missions are executed?
• Experience with service-level, joint, or coalition data link networks.
• Active Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred).
• Extensive operational background with the USMC, including experience with fielded USMC C2, ISR, or gateway systems in roles such as operator, analyst, leader, or technician.
• Practical experience with Linux, virtualization, and container deployment.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (Layer 2/3, VLANs, firewall rules).
• Experience working in classified environments.
• A combination of operational understanding along with at least an intermediate grasp of the technology underpinning the systems.
