This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Advocate for the advantages that Automation offers to organizations by integrating a digital workforce with the transformative capabilities of AI/ML.

• Serve as a thought leader on the optimal strategies for enhancing the UiPath platform, creating marketplace offerings, and developing industry-specific solution accelerators.

• Comprehend industry challenges, obstacles, and the resulting opportunities for businesses.

• Collaborate with the sales team to establish account strategies, brainstorm on expanding our solution presence with clients, and pinpoint desired business outcomes.

• Create and present industry-specific demonstrations and proof of value (PoV) for potential clients and existing customers.

• Facilitate process discovery sessions to gain insights into current workflows, compile a list of potential automation opportunities, and assess the value that can be realized.

• Work in close partnership with Product & Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to convey customer feedback and continuously enhance UiPath offerings.

• Share insights and best practices with fellow members of the UiPath GTM team.

• Provide ongoing feedback to our product teams to ensure continuous innovation and improved customer satisfaction.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer-facing or strategic consulting position.

• Background in business transformation along with expertise in AI or RPA technologies.

• Strong analytical abilities paired with a problem-solving approach.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.

• Familiarity with technical landscapes and the capacity to design intricate solutions.

• Proven ability to simplify and effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and business audiences.

• Knowledge of Lean Principles and Continuous Process Improvement methodologies.

• Capability to empathize with colleagues and clients.

• Eagerness to learn and refine your skills.

• Open-minded and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.

• Experience in consulting, sales engineering, or managing automation initiatives.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
