This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Lead the onboarding process and technical integrations for intricate enterprise clients, encompassing both new and existing accounts.
• Take ownership of implementation execution by utilizing Sales Engineering Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely completion.
• Act as the main project lead, coordinating efforts among cross-functional teams including Sales, IT, and operations.
• Collect and validate customer business and technical requirements, designing scalable program solutions that align with Staples’ capabilities.
• Effectively communicate the solution approach, requirements, and timelines to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales on pre-sales solutions, customer discovery, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and technical validation.
• Assist in the post-implementation transition to guarantee a smooth progression towards expected revenue and customer experience objectives.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and minimize implementation complexity.
• Raise concerns regarding risks, obstacles, or changes in scope when requirements exceed SOPs.
• Proven experience supporting complex clients through onboarding, integrations, or implementations in a technical or customer-facing capacity.
• Demonstrated experience in project management with comprehensive ownership of projects.
• Capability to articulate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and business requirements for technical teams.
• Established ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and technical processes.
• Familiarity with enterprise purchasing or procurement environments.
• Experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Customer Onboarding, Implementation, or Customer Success roles.
• Knowledge of enterprise eProcurement platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle).
• Exposure to punchout purchasing models and buyer enablement workflows.
• Understanding of procurement and integration standards, including:
• - cXML
• - EDI
• - OCI
• - Purchase Orders (PO), Purchase Order Responses (POR), Advanced Ship Notices (ASN), and e-invoicing.
• Experience working within large, matrixed organizations alongside cross-functional partners.
