• Serve as the main technical resource throughout the sales process, which includes product demonstrations, proof-of-concept (PoC) deployments, and technical evaluations.
• Comprehend customer needs and customize solutions to align with their business objectives and security goals.
• Facilitate technical discussions with stakeholders, including security architects, CISOs, and IT operations teams.
• Design and implement tailored solutions that encompass Exposure Management, Attack Surface Management, Threat Intelligence, and associated cybersecurity technologies.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to provide insights and influence roadmap priorities based on customer feedback.
• Address RFPs/RFIs and contribute to the development of technical documentation and solution architectures.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging threats, and advancing technologies to establish yourself as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients.
• Over 5 years of practical experience in implementing or deploying Exposure Management, Vulnerability Management, or related cybersecurity solutions.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management principles, and threat mitigation strategies.
• Experience in supporting enterprise sales teams in a technical pre-sales or solution engineering capacity.
• Expertise or significant familiarity with technologies such as External Exposure and Threat Management, Attack Surface Management, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Cyber AI.
• Outstanding communication skills, capable of elucidating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity products and platforms like ZeroFox, BishopFox, BitSight, Security Scorecard, Censys, IBM Randori, Resecurity, Crowdstrike, and Recorded Futures.
• Experience with scripting or automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is advantageous.
• Direct experience in supporting deals with government or highly regulated sectors.
• Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, OSCP, CompTIA Security+) are highly desirable.
• Experience in or supporting a fast-paced scale-up environment.
