This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Build trust with enterprise CTOs, Chief Architects, and DevSecOps leaders, effectively positioning Sonatype within intricate cloud architectures.
• Develop technical winning strategies for significant enterprise accounts that require expertise in infrastructure, Cloud AI integration, and GitOps.
• Standardize and enhance the deployment, demonstration, and scaling of Sonatype products across AWS and containerized platforms.
• Ensure continuity in specialized technical relationships for key strategic accounts.
• Oversee technical discovery, design sophisticated architectural blueprints, and provide tailored technical demonstrations for enterprise cloud settings.
• Assist prospects in integrating Sonatype solutions into CI/CD pipelines, container registries, and cloud infrastructures utilizing Terraform and Helm.
• Counsel enterprises on the safe utilization and protection of Cloud AI and LLM data intelligence within their software supply chains.
• Convert AWS multi-account strategies, Kubernetes scaling, and network topologies into business results and risk-mitigation approaches.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to shape the roadmap in alignment with enterprise cloud trends.
• Mentor the wider Sales Engineering team on in-depth infrastructure topics.
• Demonstrated experience as a Cloud Architect or Lead Infrastructure Engineer, either before or during a Sales Engineering role.
• Extensive, production-level knowledge of AWS, including EKS, IAM, VPC networking, ECS, and security protocols.
• AWS Professional or Specialty certifications are highly preferred.
• Proficient, hands-on expertise with Terraform for resource provisioning.
• Proficient, hands-on expertise with Helm for managing Kubernetes deployments.
• Solid understanding of contemporary Cloud AI services and vector databases.
• Awareness of how developers utilize AI within the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proven experience in leading complex, multi-stakeholder proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and technical evaluations within the Fortune 500 sector.
