This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Identify, cultivate, and oversee new and existing business prospects through ongoing analysis of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor activities.
β’ Offer technical support, conduct product demonstrations, and provide training to both customers and Schaeffler distribution partners.
β’ Formulate and execute a regional sales strategy that aligns with the Industrial Divisional Strategy.
β’ Consistently report regional sales performance, forecasts, and action plans to the Industrial Sales Director.
β’ Ensure precise and current customer records are maintained within the Salesforce (CRM) system.
β’ 3β4 years of experience in a technical sales position.
β’ An HND or an equivalent qualification in Engineering.
β’ Strong IT capabilities, particularly with Microsoft Office.
β’ Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
β’ A proactive, self-driven, and professional demeanor with a strong customer orientation.
β’ Exceptional negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and the capability to foster enduring relationships and networks.
β’ Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally as necessary.
