This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Engage actively in the sales of grid-relevant components, as well as Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), wind, and photovoltaic (PV) infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on implementation and deal closure.
• Identify, develop, and nurture relationships with customers and partners, including project developers, EPCs, installers, and energy companies.
• Assist in establishing and advancing sales structures throughout Europe, concentrating on specific market activities.
• Independently manage sales projects from the initial contact to the final contract signing.
• Provide technical consulting to customers while serving as the liaison between engineering, product development, and sales.
• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of the product portfolio based on market insights.
• Monitor significant market and technology trends within the renewable energy sector.
• A technically-oriented, proactive professional with a focus on sales.
• Proficient in both German and English; proficiency in an additional European language is a plus.
• Possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or alternatively, a technical or vocational apprenticeship complemented by relevant further training.
• Have first to several years of professional experience (approximately 2–5 years) in the renewable energy sector (e.g., PV, wind, BESS, energy infrastructure).
• Experience in technical sales, project management, or customer-facing roles is beneficial.
• Demonstrate a hands-on mentality: you prefer executing tasks over merely coordinating them.
• Exhibit strong technical comprehension and the capability to clarify complex subjects effectively.
• Possess excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor during customer interactions.
• Exhibit a high willingness to travel across Europe.
• Have the ambition to contribute to the growth and development of the company, rather than simply filling a position.
