This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Drive Growth – Cultivate new end-user customers and enhance distributor partnerships to broaden market reach and product penetration.
• Be the Expert – Offer technical advice and product support, especially regarding new product lines such as solid carbide drills, high-performance taps, and indexable tooling.
• Collaborate for the Future – Partner with customers and distributors to identify tooling requirements and relay insights to our Product Management team.
• Train & Support – Facilitate product training sessions and new product introduction meetings with personnel from distributors and customers.
• Pursue sales leads and carry out regular visits to customers.
• Address complex customer inquiries and provide tooling recommendations.
• Maintain the CRM system (contacts, opportunities, customer data).
• Meet sales targets and execute regional marketing initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and site-specific procedures.
• Travel within the territory, including occasional international trips.
• Maintain and operate a company vehicle.
• Bachelor's degree in Applied Sciences or equivalent experience.
• Over 3 years of experience with metalworking/cutting tools.
• More than 3 years of experience in Sales.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both small and large groups.
• Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is preferred.
• Fluent in English, with strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• U.S. work authorization and a valid driver’s license are required.
• Must be able to pass customer facility clearance and travel as necessary.
