Sales Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +13 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage and improve Raintree's sales demonstration environments and data sets.

• Ensure that demos accurately represent real-world outpatient therapy workflows.

• Assist in the readiness efforts for new feature releases and demos.

• Provide support for RFPs, RFIs, security questionnaires, and technical evaluations.

• Maintain a centralized repository of approved responses and accompanying documentation.

• Investigate product functionalities, integrations, and technical specifications.

• Document customer workflows and business procedures.

• Develop process maps, solution documentation, and technical resources.

• Aid discovery efforts by organizing customer requirements and operational necessities.

• Facilitate project coordination among Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

• Preserve technical assets, playbooks, and documentation repositories.

• Assist in identifying opportunities for enhancing efficiency and scalability within the Sales Engineering function.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in healthcare technology, healthcare SaaS, EHR/EMR systems, software implementation, technical support, or solution consulting.

• Strong written communication and documentation abilities.

• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Preferred experience with EHR, EMR, Practice Management, Revenue Cycle Management, or healthcare software platforms.

• Experience in supporting RFP, RFI, or technical proposal processes.

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Workspace, Canva, and various presentation tools.

• Experience in creating workflow documentation, process maps, or technical documentation.

• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability, integrations, or APIs.
