This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Act as the main technical liaison throughout the sales process.
• Partner with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies.
• Deliver comprehensive technical presentations and product demonstrations, clearly articulating the technical features and business advantages of the Company’s solutions.
• Establish and nurture strong technical relationships with key customer stakeholders, becoming their trusted advisor.
• Assess customer security challenges, technical needs, and existing infrastructure to propose customized solutions.
• Design, implement, and oversee Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) and assessments, ensuring successful results and showcasing the efficacy of the Company’s solutions.
• Support the development of technical documentation, proposals, and responses to RFPs.
• Conduct health-checks and workshops for current customers, enhancing retention and expanding their engagement.
• Cultivate and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products, the competitive landscape, and industry trends.
• Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity threats, attacks, and developments.
• Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to share customer feedback, market insights, and contribute to product enhancements.
• Engage in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase our solutions and generate leads.
• Manage and uphold the technical relationship with the Company’s partner community within the assigned region.
• Provide technical training and support to sales team members and partners.
• Over 3 years of experience in sales engineering, technical pre-sales, security consulting, or similar positions within the cybersecurity domain.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of adapting and conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong grasp of networking protocols, network security principles, and security architectures.
• In-depth knowledge of threat detection methods, incident response protocols, and common attack vectors.
• Experience with Threat Detection and Response solutions, including SIEM, NDR, EDR, UEBA, and SOAR.
• Proven capability to conduct impactful product demonstrations and POCs.
• Documented success in supporting effective sales cycles and meeting sales objectives.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CEH, SANS, or equivalent are advantageous.
• Familiarity with Linux CLI and basic scripting or programming skills.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to meet with customers and participate in industry events.
