This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Accountable for driving sales growth across the entire West Coast, focusing on specific industries such as plumbing, data centers, medical, and agricultural, with a travel requirement of 50%.
• Safeguards, expands, and nurtures sales for designated regional clients.
• Engages in new customer prospecting, opportunity creation, and relationship management through a comprehensive 360° approach.
• Oversees sales opportunities and activities utilizing established systems for the region.
• Addresses customer complaints and offers field service/support.
• Collaborates with key account teams at local production sites.
• Effectively manages time, resources, and personal development.
• Understanding of sales processes, sales principles, and relevant industries.
• Familiarity with internal support processes, quality management systems/principles, and their application.
• In-depth knowledge of Oetiker products, applications, and assembly solutions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities (both written and verbal).
• Capability to forge enduring business relationships.
• Mechanical and commercial aptitude.
• Demonstrated ability to learn effectively.
• Commitment to working with the highest standards of integrity and compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, complemented with pertinent technical experience.
