This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• You will take charge of identifying technical requirements within opportunities, aligning them with Nerdio’s solutions, and expediting the sales cycle by effectively showcasing market differentiators.
• Present Nerdio’s capabilities to partners and customers both on-site and remotely through webinars, as well as at industry events such as conferences and trade shows.
• Collaborate with regional sales managers to strategize, prepare, and execute complex deals in intricate sales cycles.
• Successfully align customer pain points and requirements with proposed solutions.
• Assist regional sales managers in formulating the financial business case (ROI) for each sales opportunity.
• Develop and deliver impactful presentations and demonstrations that clearly articulate the uniqueness of the value proposition.
• Oversee all technical aspects of RFP/RFI responses.
• Effectively relay the needs of prospects and customers to the engineering (R&D) teams for future product improvements.
• Gather and document competitive intelligence.
• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role, ideally within the technology sector.
• Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Azure, cloud computing, virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), and associated technologies.
• Exceptional presentation and communication abilities, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in delivering technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-value engagements to prospective customers.
• Comprehensive understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, networking, and security principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to evaluate customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Proven ability to foster strong, enduring relationships with peers and C-suite executives while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Customer-centric mindset with a dedication to providing outstanding service.
• Familiarity with CRM software and various sales enablement tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a sales team and engage in effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently, with a proactive approach to learning and staying current on industry trends while continually seeking ways to enhance both product and process.
• Implementation of best practices and principles of the MEDDPICC process to expedite the technical validation process.
• Proficiency in languages other than English (particularly German, French, or Spanish) is advantageous.
