This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Collaborate with the sales team to grasp client needs and design effective technical solutions.
• Present engaging product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-value to potential clients.
• Client-Centric Approach - Convert intricate technical ideas into business value for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work alongside internal teams, such as Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, to customize solutions based on client demands.
• Address technical RFPs, RFIs, and proposals as necessary.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to evaluate client workflows, identify automation prospects, and determine integration needs.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Kognitos’ platform functionalities, integrations, and AI-driven automation solutions.
• Offer insights to Product and Engineering regarding customer needs and potential enhancements to products.
• Aid in the post-sales transition to guarantee seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, empower, and support Kognitos Channel Partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or in a pre-sales technical role, particularly in AI automation, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Strong technical foundation, with expertise in Python and familiarity with APIs or automation platforms (Blue Prism, Mulesoft, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.).
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities; capable of engaging both technical and business audiences.
• Strong analytical skills and the capacity to transform business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience juggling multiple opportunities in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
• Startup experience is advantageous, showcasing adaptability and the capacity to succeed in dynamic environments.
